WISH I COULD GIVE BELOW ZERO STARS!!Brought in my Lexus for an oil change here and before bringing it here it was serviced by the Lexus dealership for 20 years. They said I had a radiator leak and that it had to be replaced. I told them to go ahead and do it and they replaced it and afterwards my AC which was working fine before stopped working. I took it back and he told me a rock hit the condenser when I didn’t even drive it 2 miles home in TRAFFIC, and it was sat in the garage the whole time. For context the radiator and condenser are right next to each other, I spoke to my service advisor at Lexus and he said a rock doesn’t just penetrate the condenser that easily especially when it hasn’t been driven on the highway. Lexus quoted me $1350 to repair the damage he caused. I tried to contact T3 to make the situation right and he stuck to the same made up story. Since then the car has been driven less then 200 miles and now the check engine light came on, and both the stability control and traction control lights on the dash. Trying to save a few bucks and supporting this local business is a big mistake, it will cost you more in the long run and they will damage your vehicle. Shannon is a big liar. The warranty is all BS, and he will damage your car to try and make you pay him money to repair it. T3 will try to gain your trust and then screw you over!! Stay away!! You are better off paying double at the dealership and receiving honest work. These guys are a bunch of thieves and scammers.

Best place for your car repair!! Service is great, honest, and reasonable cost. I’m very pleased with T3 and recommend them most highly!!
